C14.8

Category: C type bar

Heat-insulated bridging aluminum alloy doors and windows are made by the combination of heat-insulated aluminum alloy profiles and related supporting materials, while heat-insulated aluminum alloy profiles are composite profiles with heat-insulating function made by connecting aluminum alloy profiles with heat-insulating materials.

Product usage instructions

In China's building energy-saving standards continue to improve today, the doors and windows industry, as an important part of the energy-saving city, is also actively seeking transformation and upgrading. System windows and doors is a perfect organic combination of performance system, and the thermal insulation performance of system windows and doors is one of the main indicators of the performance of windows and doors, and also an important technical parameter reflecting the overall level of system windows and doors. Therefore, it is not a supporting role in the production of doors and windows, but an important role in the energy-saving indexes, and it is especially important for the selection of heat insulation strips in system doors and windows. Instructions for use: The insulation strip made of polyamide is dry when it is first produced, but then it gradually absorbs water from the surrounding environment. The rate of water absorption and the amount of water absorbed depend on the following factors: ambient humidity, ambient temperature, storage time.

In summer, when the temperature and relative temperature of the warehouse is higher, the insulation strips absorb more water than in other seasons, even in short term storage. Excessive moisture content (more than 2%) can lead to softening of the strips and thus affect the productivity of the threading process or create blisters in the painting process. Therefore, we recommend to store the insulation strips in a room with a temperature of 15-20°. Single bundles of insulation strips may be twisted and distorted when they are moved off the shelves, which will cause permanent twisting and distortion if they are not straightened in time. Therefore, we recommend using insulation strips with minimal bending when storing them. To prevent twisting and drinking of bending deformation, make sure that the insulation strips are supported on the protruding part and that the storage time for pre-finishing is as short as possible.
